Describtion of ribbing process: for production of ribbed steel it is used hot rolled low carbon steel from which is made cold rolled steel through cold rolled process. With this modern technology we are able to produce ribbed wire from the diameter 4-12 mm in coils and also in bars. To the wire cold rolling machine is coming plain wire from the overhead pay-off in to the quiding device, from which than it goes into the wire cold rolling machine, where it is ribbed and final ribbed wire is winded back to coils with the weight max. 2500 kg.
