Steel into concrete ( welded mesh )

It is metallurgical material, which serves to the reinforcement of the basement plates to the concrete bases, ( pavements, roads) and carrying components of the buildings To prevent cracking of concrete floors it is advised to embed welded meshes into minimal thickness 7cm.

Embeding of welded meshes:
- in the upper half of the floor by welding of the balconies
- in the lower part of the floor by concreting of the floor. Into the concrete is the mesh putting some centimeters above the surface, to be the welded mesh sufficiently covered with the concrete.

Welded mesh is made from:
- from ribbed steel wires with the diameter 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12 mm
- mesh eye size = 100 x 100 mm, 150 x 150 mm, 200 x 200 mm
- mesh size= 2x3 m, 2,4 x 6 m, according requirement also non standard parameter for example the most used 2 x 6 m.

Ribbed wire

It is ribbed steel, which is used as iron-steel reinforcement in the building industry as reinforcement into:
- foundation
- basement plates
- monolitic ceilings
- drawing dies in ceiling constructions
- columns

Parameters of the ribbed wire:
Thicknesses - 4,6,8,10,12,14,16
Lengths - 6,12 m according requirement also other lengths
